Harmony Day

To celebrate Harmony Day this year VACRO's staff tapped
into their diverse cultural backgrounds - South and East
Asian, European, African, Australians and a Kiwi - to
plate up a feast of many nations. There were no
lamingtons but a plate of mini pavlovas popped up with
mini flags acknowledging the contested Trans-Tasman
heritage
