Client Services Manager

Franceyne started her career as a national parks ranger, but moved into team management after realising a passion for helping people succeed. Franceyne has extensive management experience, spanning 10 years with CPA Australia and nearly nine years with the Victorian Government’s Department of Justice and Community Safety.

Franceyne joined the department as Consumer Affairs Regional Manager, gaining experience in operational management, team management and corporate management across a range of positions before finishing as General Manager of Corporate Services prior to joining VACRO.

Franceyne is a Fellow member of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and understands the influence that managing teams has on a person’s life well beyond the workplace. She joined VACRO to use her experience to benefit her team, their clients and the community as a whole.
