VACRO is recruiting to fill three newly created roles supporting people caught in the criminal justice system and their families in the areas of housing, employment and participant support.

The Specialist Housing Coordinator will support community-based case managers on VACRO's ReConnect team to secure housing for people leaving prison.

The part-time Aboriginal Client Liaison Officer will provide administration and organisational support to two VACRO programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people: the Aboriginal Family Visits Program and the Time to Work Employment Service. This is an identified position for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.

And the part-time Employment Project Officer will take VACRO's innovative post-prison employment program, Second Chance Jobs, from final concept to implementation over a period of seven months.

VACRO is an equal opportunity employer with a genuine commitment to supporting people's new beginnings. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of the criminal justice system.
