The opportunity VACRO is seeking a passionate Recruitment Coordinator to work in partnership with recruiting managers taking lead responsibility for the day-to-day recruitment and administration of both new and replacement roles, supporting recruiting managers to attract and select the right person for every role by delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Key selection criteria Tertiary qualifications, or working toward tertiary qualifications, in human resources, management, business or similar. Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and best practice HR operational policies and procedures and project coordination. Experience within a community service/not for profit setting. Experience advising and influencing hiring managers. Experience managing compliance and risk within a recruitment capacity. Experience working independently with limited supervision, including ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
