Human Resources Manager

Amanda has been driving Vacro’s HR strategy, services and operations since joining the organisation in 2021. Amanda also supports the CEO and Executive Team.

With qualifications that include a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations / Human Resources, Amanda’s area of expertise is Employee Relations. Amanda has extensive experience across both the not-for-profit and corporate sectors. Amanda’s career has drawn her to work with Salvation Army, Sacred Heart Mission and McAuley Community Services for Women. And on the corporate side, Amanda has worked across construction and engineering, health, and manufacturing.

 A supporter of AFLW and AFL (go Demons!), Amanda loves cats, likes dogs, and very much believes in a fair go and being part of an organisation with an excellent reputation for supporting people.
