Wayne is an experienced community-services professional with over 18 years’ experience in case management, leadership and project roles across the homelessness, criminal justice and AOD sectors in the UK and Australia. Wayne a strong focus on trauma-informed, person-centred practice and values-based service delivery. His background includes roles within therapeutic justice, homelessness outreach, management of short-term crisis accommodation and developing community health programs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Applied Social Sciences and is deeply committed to social justice and continuous improvement.
