We take our responsibilities to our participants seriously.

All Vacro program participants have rights we must respect.

You can expect us to:

  • Treat you with respect
  • Give you competent, caring services
  • Advocate for your needs
  • Inform you and consult with you
  • Respect your privacy

You have the right to refuse or withdraw from a service. You also have the right to make a complaint about an individual worker or about a Vacro service. For more information about complaints and your privacy, please see our privacy statement.

We expect you participate equally in the service you receive. You can show this by:

  • Treating staff and other participants with respect and dignity,
  • Letting us know if you can’t make an appointment,
  • Letting us know if you don’t understand any information,
  • Letting us know if your circumstances change,
  • Letting us know when you are finished with our service,
  • Letting us know when we do our job well.
