Having a job is one of the leading factors for enabling a person to successfully reintegrate into their community after contact with the criminal justice system.
Life outside prison presents new and different challenges compared to life inside. For people released from prison, finding a job is a key source of stability, security, purpose and connection. But often, spending time in prison can end a person’s employment, or make it more difficult to find work after being released. Having a criminal record further complicates this situation.
We offer practical training, new skills and meaningful employment pathways to help people get back on their feet.
All of our programs are voluntary — it's every person's choice to participate or not. Browse our employment programs below, or view our specific services for families, and people returning to their communities after prison.
