Supporting Students with Parents in the Criminal Justice System Teachers and support staff in schools are often the only people a student will talk with about a parent or family member in the criminal justice system. This poster acts as a resource for those teachers and school staff to support students. The Transition Toolkit This toolkit is designed to assist families who will soon be reunited with a family member being released from prison. It has been developed as a tool for professional workers to provide relevant guidance and support to these families.
